Robert Hunter is a rising country artist from Garner, North Carolina, known for blending modern country storytelling with a distinct rock-driven edge. He first picked up a guitar at the age of 15, and what began as a hobby quickly evolved into a calling.  

While attending Appalachian State University, where he earned a degree in Criminal Justice, Robert honed his craft performing in local venues. Those early years onstage helped shape his dynamic live presence and confirmed his commitment to pursuing music at a professional level.

Since then, Robert has built a strong regional following, performing across the Southeast and earning opportunities to appear at major events such as the Carolina Country Music Festival in South Carolina. He has also shared the stage with notable artists including Blackberry Smoke, Mitchell Tenpenny, Meghan Patrick, Chayce Beckham, Drew Baldridge, and Randall King.

Expanding his reach to a national audience, Robert appeared on Season 27 of NBC’s The Voice, where he earned multiple chair turns and joined Team Kelsea Ballerini, marking a significant milestone in his career.

In addition to his music career, Robert serves full-time in law enforcement, which reflects his dedication, discipline, and deep-rooted connection to the communities he represents, both on and off the stage.
